Many people can not understand this idea at all. I think that many people think it is simply impossible to do this. However, younger individuals and the smartest high-tech that this is possible and open to the idea.

Many people have satellite programming in their homes today. Most of these people have paid someone to come and set up the antennas, LNB's and receivers. As a result most people are not very intelligent high-tech and when the receiver gets zapped and falls programming simply does not know how to upgrade the receiver or enter new codes. This type of business is really great for your type of satellite. You keep him or her back and keep paying him or her to upgrade you receiver. If you're tech-savvy, then you will not, but still have to deal with its satellite down every so often.

Now there is an alternative if they want to deal with all the hassles involved with conventional FTA satellite. The alternative is to use the PC satellite TV, so you can see quality programming by satellite from the computer. However, if you do not want to go this route there are some other ways to get satellite on your PC. Many of these methods are more expensive and more complex.

A PCTV card is a hardware component that you have to add to your team. This allows you to have a cable outlet in the back of your PC. So you can connect the cable to your PC and boom. Your PC now has cable TV. The question here is if you want the satellite programming, so you have to program the card, and also connect a mini antenna to your computer. That is basically a system antenna installation.

Another way to obtain satellite programming is to find live web. The Internet is very powerful in these days and if Google search terms determined as: satellite TV on your PC to watch TV on PC to PC, satellite TV, satellite TV on PC, Satellite TV for PC. You will come across many sites that have in vivo. Again, some sites may require you to pay a fee, and most sites will only have a few feeds, which means they would have to limit what you watch.

I have personally tried these two methods and have not been very satisfied. Finally I found a solid satellite TV on PC program called Satellite TV for PC 2007 Elite Edition. It lets you see more than 3000 channels and you have all the same programming as a regular system of FTA satellite.
